How much does one credit cost?

I've placed a bid but I am not the highest bidder in an auction. Why?
If you place a bid, there may be a lag of a couple of seconds while the system refreshes and processes data in real-time. Bid Buddy (Auto Bidder) will also affect whether or not you are the high bidder.
How does the "Auto Bidder" work ?
Our Auto Bidder is instructed to be as frugal as possible when bidding. The Auto Bidder waits until the last 20 seconds of the auction countdown to place your bids. More about how the AutoBidder works.

Auctions
When does an auction end?
An auction is over when the counter reaches zero. This will only happen when all bidding stops, as each bid placed adds more time to the counter.
How many auctions can I win?
You can win up to 4 auctions for every 7 day period. You will be unable to place additional bids once you have won 4 auctions in 7 days. .
How do I watch an auction?
Click on the "Add to watch list" link next to the auction number.

What countries does FantasticBid ship to?
We deliver nationwide and internationally.
Delivery Charges
The charges for Shipping and Handling are shown on the product description at the time of auction delivery times vary, for the different products that we auction. Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse or directly from one of our suppliers. They are delivered to the address that you entered on the registration form during the registration process. The items ship within 15 business days after the auction has ended.
Why haven't I received my item?
If you still haven't received your product and it's been more than 15 business days after the auction has ended and your payment for that auction has been processed, please contact our customer service team to solve the problem.
Note - For international
Please be advised that International shipping costs are higher than domestic and it will take up to 25 business days to receive your product due to the border customs and shipping issues. All international winners are responsible for customs fees (if any) for the products.

Returns & Refunds
What should I do if the item I won is faulty?
We're sorry you received an item you're not happy with. Most of our winners have no problems with the goods, but occasionally an item may be damaged in transit and not work. If this happens, our goal is to fix the problem immediately. If you receive a defective product, please contact our friendly Customer Service Center as soon as possible and they'll tell you what to do next. Please, let us know the auction ID and the serial number of the product, as these help us to deal with your problem more quickly. We will supply you with a return authorization number to be used to track the returned package. DO NOT return an item without first receiving a return authorization number as this may delay shipping and prevent us from processing you refund in a timely manner.
