• Browse through our live auctions, find the product that you like and place Live bids. You can choose to use our Bid Buddy (Auto Bid) if you need to leave your computer.  Our Bid Buddy (AutoBidder) will place bids for you when you're away.
• With each bid placed, the price of the item on which the user is bidding increases by few pennies,and a credit (bid) it is deducted from the member’s bid account.
• Each new bid resets the remaining time for an auction up to 20 seconds so other members have an opportunity to bid.
• Each auctions lasts as long as members are willing to bid on an item.Our auctions requires a member to purchase bids. Bids are not an investment and will expire upon the completion of an auction at which the member places bids. Bids will not be refunded if the member  loses the auction or cancels its account.
  
• The last bidder WINS THE AUCTION when the countdown reaches zero (0:00:00).Auction ended
• Our products are purchased at a discount rate,which allows us to pass on the saving to our members.Also some of products we carry are donated from the manufacturer to us in exchange for advertising of their new products.

• Watch for different auction types: 
  • Penny (Cent): Each bid placed will increase the value or selling price of the auction item by one cent (one penny). 
  • Standard Auction:  Each bid placed will increase the value or selling price of the auction item by only few pennies.
  • Charity Auction:XM Solutions LLC (Fantasticbid) donates the final sales price to a charity of the winner choice from our list, or to a different local charity that winner might consider (must be a registered charity)

• No returns or refunds for the credits( bids) bought or used during bidding
• Due to the paid nature of bids,we would like to advise all members to monitor their bidding.
• A limit of daily spending limit can and will be enforced if we consider that someone has a tendency towards shill bidding or winning by intimidating other members, and we reserve the right to suspend the member without any prior notice.  This will result in automatic suspenssion due to fraud, and the account will be suspended for up to 72 Hours for investigation.Other restrictions may apply.
• Remember that a bid is not an investment, and it cannot be refunded. A bid is only a right to take part in our auctions. Regardless if you win the auction or not, used bids will not return to your account.
