• Auction glitches Fantasticbid.com will offer a risk free auctions, save when a technical glitch prevents that from happening. In such a case, Fantasticbid.com reserves the right to stop, restart, or cancel any auction at any time, including before, during and after. Fantasticbid.com will return any and all bids received during a glitch auction, to the customer if no merchandise is shipped. It is in the best interest of all Bidders to print and copy or write down the listing number of each auction. In the case your auction was affected by a glitch, without the listing number there will be very hard to investigate the situation. It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain the auction listing number or numbers.
• Fantasticbid.com Reserves the Rights to demand payment if customer has more than 5 unpaid items in their account or if the total amount of auctions won exceeds $1000.00. To avoid this situation please Pay on Time.
• By opening a dispute with Paypal, Plimus or Clickandbuy, your account will be automatically suspended until we verify the source and accuracy of the dispute. You can choose our email or message board first to clear any financial dispute before you file with the charging company to avoid any suspension
• You May Not register under a false name or use an invalid or unauthorized credit card.
• You May Not make bids under a false name, impersonate any participant, or use another participant's password. Such conduct is a violation of state and federal laws. Fraudulent conduct may be reported to law enforcement, and Fantasticbid.com will cooperate to ensure all violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
• Shill bidding is prohibited on the site.Shill budding is the placing of bids or causing bids to be placed on any product for the purpose of artificially manipulating the bidding process on Fantasticbid.com or the bid price of any product listed on the site, or influencing user behavior on Fantasticbid.com. A limit of daily spending limit can and will be enforced if we consider that someone has a tendency towards shill bidding or winning by intimidating other members, and we reserve the right to suspend the member without any prior notice. This will result in automatic suspenssion due to fraud, and the account will be suspended for up to 72 hours for investigation.Other restrictions may apply.
• Delivery: Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made directly from our suppliers or from our Warehouse to the address provided by the user. International deliveries will require and extra fee for shipping and handling. Delivery times vary and any delivery time indicated is provided only as a guide and are Not Guaranteed. Please be aware that the customer will pay customs fees on some packages shipped out of the United States. Consult your local customs laws for duties, regulations. To ensure delivery of your merchandise please do not authorize/waive signature release with Federal Express, the Federal Express courier will re-deliver. In the event the customer has a signature release waiver on file with Federal Express.
• Fantasticbid.com will not be held liable for missing or non-delivered merchandise. For questions on the status of your Federal Express package please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) For questions on the status of your USPS package please call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
• Missing Items or Stolen/Lost Packages: If you do not receive your package or received a damaged package, you must file a claim with Fantasticbid.com within 10 days from the scheduled delivery date of your package to Launch an Investigation. We will need your full cooperation in order to solve these problems in a proper amount of time. Fantasticbid.com will not be held liable under any circumstances for lost, stolen, vandalized packages, or packages with missing items.
• Returns and Cancellations: In case of a return item, we will refund the money paid for that particular item, less shipping and handling or insurance costs. You are not eligible for return or refunds for the credits (bids) use during bidding. You must return the item in original unopened box within 10 days. All open boxes will result in a restocking / repacking fees. All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date filled. The winner has no rights to cancel a winning bid.

Depending on how you use this site, you may supply us with information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, or information about people to whom purchases will be shipped (for example, a gift recipient).
• We ONLY disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, and respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others members.
• Once you have been approved as registered user / member with Fantasticbid.com, you will be required to choose a user name. This user name will be displayed throughout Fantasticbid.com and therefore provided to the public. Unless you associate your user name with your personal information, users will not be able to personally identify your activities on Fantasticbid.com. When visiting from a shared computer, certain information about you, such as your user name, may also be visible to others who may use such the computer after your use.
• Password Security: Your password may be used only to access the website, use the services, electronically sign your transactions and review your completed transactions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Please do not disclose your password to any third party, other than third parties authorized by you to use your account.
• You are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password on this website. If your password is compromised you must change your password. You can choose to close your account with us at anytime. Sometime we do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, assist with any investigations, and take other actions permitted by law.
• Bidding: Users can bid in two ways online. Bids can be placed by clicking on the relevant bid buttons, or can be placed automatically by Bid Buddy(Auto Bidder). Once a bid is placed, a credit it is deducted from the member’s bid account.
• For some items we require more than one credit for each bid (see the items description that are posted out for winning)
• Bid Buddy (Auto Bidder) assists bidders in being able to bid on an auction even if they are not online at that time. Bid Buddy (Auto Bidder) automatically submits bids according to the specifications set in advance by the member. The user can read about how the Auto Bidder operates in the Help section. The user is prohibited from using bidding software not authorized by Fantasticbid.com, and doing so will result in immediate disqualification from use.
• How the Auctions Work: With each bid placed the price of the item on which the user is bidding increases by the amount of few pennies. A bid submitted by the member constitutes willingness of a member to enter into a binding contract with Fantasticbid.com and in the event of successful finishing an auction the claim to receive a purchase offer for the item of the auction under the conditions set out in the related auction. A contract to purchase the item does not come into effect until the auction is finished Each new bid resets the remaining time for an auction up to, but not above, the displayed countdown reset value (usually 15 seconds) so other members have an opportunity to bid. For more information, please consult the Help section. The auction ends when the remaining time reaches zero. The user who was the last to bid then wins the Auction. All other bids on the item expire and will not be refunded. The last bidder is determined based on the records in Fantasticbid.com database and Fantasticbid.com decision regarding who is the last bidder is final.
• System Outage: in case of a system outage has occurred no bids can be submitted for items due to an unforeseeable disruption in a system. In such a case, auctions will be temporarily halted and the remaining times for the auctions, the current bidding price and the current highest bidder will be maintained. After the disruption has been resolved, the auctions will be continued and 30 minutes will be added to the remaining times for the auctions.
• Temporarily Halted Auctions: Temporarily halted auctions are clearly indicated. Bidders who are bidding on temporarily halted auctions shall have no right to a refund for bids used or other costs incurred. Fantasticbid.com provides no guarantee for the constant and uninterrupted availability of its website and technical systems.
• Fantasticbid.com shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever incurred by auction users or third parties from using Fantasticbid.com’s services. Fantasticbid.com shall not be liable for damage that occurs due to bids submitted by auction users not being received by Fantasticbid.com or not being received promptly or not being considered, as a consequence of technical faults.
• Winning and Payments: When an auction has ended, the last highest bidder is the winner. After winning you must go to my account section. There, information such as total price, including taxes, shipping costs, and payment options will be displayed. You as a winning member must confirm and pay the total price plus shipping costs and taxes if applicable for the product won by following the steps indicated on that page. . If an auction win has not been confirmed and paid within 5 business days of the auction end date, Fantasticbid.com reserves the rights to withdraw the offer to conclude a contract and the winner’s right to pay for and receive delivery of an item will be permanently revoked. In such instance, the bids placed in that auction are non-refundable. The member must pay the total price when confirming the win. After confirming the winning and paying the amount due, the winner will receive a confirmation e-mail. The item will not be sent to the user until the total price has been paid to Fantasticbid.com. A similar requirement for delivery is that all bids purchased and used by the user have been properly paid for. Should bids that have already been purchased and used not have been paid for, payments received shall be viewed as payment toward the bids not yet paid for, and we reserve the rights to retain the item purchased at auction until all bids and the total price have been paid for in full. Fantasticbid.com reserves the rights to charge the member a fee for storage for items not paid for.
• Warranty and service of products: All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty only. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Warranty is excluded for the delivery of any used products. Fantasticbid.com warrants solely that the products sold to members under these terms. All our products are new but we also offer great deals on refurbished items, or used products. The condition of the product that is for sale in our auction will be described in the presentation window for that particular item.
• We get our products at a discount price, some of products are donated from manufacturer for advertising of their new products.
  The profit goes to the charities listed in our terms/condition section.
• Charity Auction:XM Solutions LLC (Fantasticbid) donates the final sales price to a charity of the winner choice from our list, or to a different local charity that winner might consider (must be a registered charity) Winner will be contacted by phone to choose the charity where we will donate the profit from this auction.
